Hotel Policy
CANCELLATION:  24 Hours prior to check in day at 3:00 PM, penalty is first night rate plus tax.       
CANCELLATION THROUGH THIRD PARTIES: Any cancellation requests made from a guest that booked through a third party (Expedia, Booking, Priceline, ETC) need to be directed to the source in which they booked. We do not cancel third party reservations on a property level.
NO SHOW: 1st night charge plus tax.
GAURANTEE: A valid credit card is required to make a reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS.
INCIDENTALS: $100.00 pre-authorization will be held on the credit card that you provide at check in for incidentals. A valid credit card is required at the time of check in. NO CASH DEPOSITS.
LOCALS POLICY: We do not accept local residents residing in and around the Nashua, NH area within a 20 mile radius, this includes: Manchester, Bedford, Hooksett, Salem, Goffstown, Merrimack, Londonderry, Derry, Hudson, Litchfield, Hollis, Pelham, Milford and Windham. We reserve the right to turn away guests on a case by case basis.
CREDIT CARDS: Only major credit cards accepted.
EXTRA PERSON CHARGES: $10/night for more than 2 adults. All children under age 17 stay free with responsible adult.
MINIMUM CHECK IN AGE: We will not accept reservations made by anyone under the age of 21. We reserve the right to turn away any guest trying to obtain a room for an occupant under 21 without an adult over the age of 21 residing in the same room. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation made through a third party by an occupant under the age of 21 even if the reservation has already been paid in full.
SMOKING FEE: We are a 100% smoke free property, any evidence of smoking in any non-designated area will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee. That fee will be charged to the credit card provided for incidentals.
PET FEE:  We are a not a pet friendly facility. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged as a penalty if the hotel finds any evidence of a pet being kept on the property. That fee will be charged to the credit card provided for incidentals.
SERVICE ANIMALS/ADA COMPLIANCE: We have 5 ADA accessible rooms located on the first floor for ease of access. We welcome all service animals with a medical purpose, Emotional Support Animals are not considered medically necessary for short term stays and will therefore be denied.
EARLY CHECK IN FEE: $20.00 Prior to 2:00 PM
LATE CHECK OUT FEE: $20.00/HOURafter 12:00 PM. At 3 PM we will charge the card on file for a full day at our current rate for that day.
WIFI: We offer free High-SpeedWiFi to all our guests, password will be provided to you at time of check in. A private High-Speed option is available for a daily fee of $5.00.
PARKING: Parking is free to all guests while they are staying on property.
Covid-19 Prevention
• Hand sanitizing stations are set up throughout the property.
• Masks are required for employees' entire shift and for guests when in any part of the hotel except their room.
• We check employee temperatures before starting their shift.
• Limit housekeeping to only when requested by guests, no daily cleaning of occupied rooms.
• 24-hour disinfectant process between guests in each room.
• All staff have been trained in CDC recommended cleaning procedures.
• Social Distancing stickers on floor.
• Barrier shields on counter to keep level of distance between guest and employee.
• We understand this is a difficult time for everyone and, would like you to know the procedures we are taking to provide a sanitary and safe environment for you and your family.
